Hello everyone,
We have a network setup that goes like this:
Network A (192.168.1.X) - with internet
Network B (192.168.50.x) - without internet
What we tried to do is assign 1 computer CENTRAL as a discovery/cache/proxy endpoint and we added 2 IP addresses to it:
IP 1 192.168.1.10
IP 2 192.168.50.10
The problem is that when we do a discovery via CENTRAL, the computers under Network B is not being detected.
When we install EPP manually on Network B computers, it will just display error 12007.
Is there any other way that we can do in order to be able to install EPP in the endpoints?
Install EPP on computers on a different network

Hi tcsdi_support1,
Requirements for finding unprotected computers on your network:
The list of discovered computers displays all workstations and servers that meet the following requirements:
-Have not been hidden by the administrator
-Are not currently managed by Panda Adaptive Defense 360 on Aether Platform
-Are located on the same subnet segment as the discovery computer
Please make sure that CENTRAL is in the same subnet segment.
Regards,

I believe our setup is according to what you said. The CENTRAL computer has 2 IP addresses (192.168.1.10 and 192.168.50.10) and the computers under the 192.168.50.X network can ping CENTRAL and is not hidden.
However, when we do discovery on CENTRAL, it only detects computers on the 192.168.1.X network, how can we see the computers on the 192.168.50.X network? We cannot give them internet because of security measures.
