EPP "Installation error. Unable to register the agent." via remote installation

Hi Support

We have a setup like this on our network:

There IP is (192.168.50.X)
Server PC = with internet
Computer A = without internet
Computer B = without internet

The server PC is already assign as a Proxy,Cache,Discovery. I tried to push remote installation on the console to the Computer A & B that don't have internet connection, but they have a LAN connection. When we start pushing the installation on the computer's it will error and it say "Installation Error. Unable to register the agent." I think that they can't reach the cache server to get files and our IPV4 is correctly set on the computers

May I know what the problem of our setup?
