Hi Support,
We have an issue with a client with Mac OS. After installing Panda, it showed "Installing..." status in the control center but it is 3 weeks now since we installed Panda and still, it shows "Installing..."
You can check out their console and the endpoint is PMDCs-MacBook-Pro.local.
What can we do to see the error on the computer?

I suggest to contact your local panda technical office, as they will need to request info from the machine itself.
