Login to control Panel

Hello,
I've inherited panda account from previous IT admin. I was basically given login address and user / password combination. It all worked fine before i could see all the license allocations/what products we have etc.
Now that page doesn't work anymore to log in i need to provide email address and password and that combination I don't have. I cannot contact support - again it is only for registered users which is not helping.reverse image search email checker port checker
we will be moving office this Friday and I wanted to make sure all our emails will be forwarded to new IP address.
we have Endpoint Protection on PCs and also are using Cloud Email protection.
