[CLOSED] No Internet After Installing Panda Protection Service

Post by pxndxWorks? » Sat, 17 Dec 2016, 21:27

I am a monthly subscriber for Panda Security, and I've had all kinds of issues with Panda. First of a few months ago after installing ipfire on a server none of the computers behind ipfire were able to access the internet unless I uninstalled panda. Yes, I did try disabling the panda firewall, etc. I did perform a clean reinstall and I have several images I can also try to go back in time. Nothing worked. I had to get rid of ipfire and keep on using my netgear router.
Here's my next issue, I bought a switch and the only way I can get access to the INTERNET is by uninstalling panda. Here is the catch I can do searches on google (chrome browser only) but I can't see any site. I can't browse using Opera, Firefox, Edge, or IE. I have read several posts and some mention that VB is an issue I don't have VB, but I do have VM Workstation 12 Pro. I also have tunnelbear. I have uninstalled tunnelbear and ran cleanup! and deleted the tunnelbear Ethernet port. Below I will leave my network topology.

ISP -> Modem -> Netgear router x8 -> netgear switch -> Win 10.

Check the antivirus report for any block
Does the problem persist if you stop the protection by right clicking the bear icon from the systray and select stop protection?
