How do I disable the notification with the YouTube video "How to clean your PC with Panda Protection Service" ? It pops up in the bottom right of my screen every hour or so and is rather disruptive. I can't seem to find a setting that will allow me to turn off this notification.

You can disable Panda News option from the general settings

I do not see an option to disable Panda News in the general settings.

I only see the following sections:

Language

Console login password

Automatic updates

Gaming/multimedia mode (this is the only place where it mentions notifications but only disables them when full-screen programs are running)

Proxy

Warnings and Reports (Only options here are to generate advanced logs and to clear the generated reports and statistics.)

... so nothing?

I'll go ahead and stop using Panda, then. I'm not going to pay for adware -- especially when it's supposed to block these things.

You should be able to see that option except if you installed as a promotional/demo version
Uninstall the antivirus from the control panel
Download the installer from your Panda Account and install it
Then you will be able to disable Panda news
