I'm running xp sp3 & this error just started appearing seems around every half hour.

Try disabling Panda News option from the general settings

i disablie Panda News option and let you know it is work
this error is little flustrading becouse somtimes i have messege PSEvents.exe stop working

edit disabling Panda News option didnt work

We have been able to replicate the issue here (its a bit random) and are correcting the problem
We expect to have the fix deployed today

It is definitely not random on my XP machine. It occurs exactly at 51 minutes of the hour. EVERY HOUR .
I do hope that is is resolved by this afternoon or I am going to be forced to uninstall Panda from the machine.
I look forward to the problem being fixed.

Could you try uninstalling the antivirus and installing it again?
