Sorry, I tried to send my request for assistance through the online form for my Endpoint protection product registered with my company but I continue to receive this message :
"Sorry, it is impossible to proceed with your request, neither the Client Number nor the Contact e-mail match to a valid user."
and the e-mail is correctly registered.
Can you help me or send in PV message a direct mail contact for assistance?
