Panda dome essentials showing incorrect licence expired

Hi,

this happened for the second time. First time solution was to reinstall, but I'm not into that - is there a fix for that?
Also note that I'm using firefox as main browser - I've found some solution connected to someone using it instead of IE.

So, the Panda dome ess. shows "Expired - critical" with Valid until "12/31/2050" ?! while loggin into my account shows that it's active and working.

Suggestions?

Panda I have used your products for 10 years, your service & support is getting worse.
I have contacted support no less than 3 times about this same issue & Im still waiting for a reply & a solution to the problem.
Why am I not given a support lodgement number when I lodge an issue?
There is no information provided for follow up on my side.
Even when I lodge the issue from inside my account. This isnt good enough.

Please dont ask me to get in touch with the email address supplied - I have already done that 2 weeks ago.
