Re: NNSPRV.sys BSOD when enabling HP printer
download the file, and run it on your computer, in order to see what is that could be failing:
we need the fulldmp:
To get a complete system failure memory dump:
Open File Explorer (click the folder icon in the left part of the taskbar).
Right-click This PC and select Properties from the menu.
In the left part of the System window, click Advanced system settings.
In the System Properties window, go to the Advanced tab. In the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings.
In the Startup and Recovery window, select Complete memory dump from the drop-down list.
Specify the folder where the created dump will be stored. To save the ccomplete memory dump successfully, at least 25 GB of free disk space is required. By default, the file is saved under the name MEMORY.DMP (the default path to the file is the following: C:\Windows).
Click OK.
In the System Properties window, click OK.
In the Microsoft Windows window, click Restart now.
Upon restart, reproduce the problem.
Make sure the complete memory dump file has been created successfully (find the file MEMORY.DMP in C:\Windows).
We also need:
Download and extract nnsdiag.zip.
http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... nsdiag.zip
Run the nnsdiag.exe file (password panda).
Upon completion, check the box Launch NNSDiag.exe and click Finish.
You can also run the tool by double-clicking the NNSDiag shortcut created on desktop.
After running NNSDiag, follow the steps indicated in the wizard and try replicating the issue when requested.
IMPORTANT:
Several tests are performed, so you will be requested to replicate the issue a few times.
It is important NOT TO to restart your computer during these tests.
Once the process finishes, save the log and provide us with the resulting NNSDiagResults.zip file.
In order to submit all info, please load it to our ftp (all compressed on a zip file)
Once yo have gathered all requested info, run the follwoing application:
Download the file
http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... 1508482639
