Can not activate the Panda Dome

Hello!
I can not activate my panda dome, when I type my username and then the password,but activation says: incorrect password. Make sure you are entering the correct password for your Panda account.
I tried again by opening a new account by activating it again, but for the same reason can not activate my panda. Please help me because I can not forget my password.Thnx
