Did Dome cause my PC to go Blue Screen?
Recently working as normal on PC with Windows 10. Saw a pop up for Panda Dome. I didn't take action at that time but in just a few minutes I got the dreaded "blue screen." Am I incorrectly assuming that my PC crash has something to do with Dome? I've had Panda Global for a number of years and have never experienced this. I am still unable to start the PC outside of safe mode. Advice? Thanks.

In order to solve the issue, please follow the steps below:
First of all, we need to know if possible, which driver is causing the blue screen. Try to boot the pc again, and when the blue screen shows up again, see if you can write down which file is causing the crash.
After that, boot in safe mode, and go to control panel, and uninstall the antivirus. Reboot when needed.
Boot in normal mode and check if you get the blue screen message or not.
If not, try to download and install the latest version of panda dome without going trough the automatic upgrade process:
