When I remove Panda, reinstall it from the portal, and then install the hotfix, the problem seems solved!

I am having this exact same problem...happened with I downloaded Panda Dome. Happening with both Chrome and Windows explorer. Very frustrating....I used Panda on my old computer with no problems but I hope they get it fixed soon because otherwise I'll have to go to another virus protection.

This has been affecting ONE of my PC's, and the virus scan sees lots of bits of good software as virus as well.
It is as if the signatures are corrupt. on Windows 10 Panda Dome 18.06.01

The scan results in non functioning printer drivers, downloads, web browsers (Chrome and Firefox)
Antivirus moved 1705 files to quarantine and deleated a load of others.

To get a functioning PC I have had to 'fix' the instalation of many programs and disable the AV scanner. (Otherwise it again wrongly moves the files back to the quarantine)

Panda firewall seems unafected, and I have been able to leave that on.

Chrome - Mainly recognised as HLL.Get - No entry in
Firefox - various including BAT/NorthSky
Printer driver - VBS/Loveletter.AQ, VBS/Flea.Intended

These seem to be inside compressed files. (Compressed file scanning is off on this PC)

My other pc with identical software load and files with same checksum sigs has no viruses detected.
How do I re-download the virus signatures etc.

I am experiencing the same problem as previous users. I've been using Panda security for almost 2 years without any problems until today when I installed Panda Dome Advanced on my 2 PCs, both running Windows. On both PCs I'm unable to download pdfs from trusted sites like banks etc any longer, in all instances the browser crashes or the download is deleted, irrespective of the browser I use:
Google Chrome: Panda crashes the browser
Internet Explorer: Panda crashes the browser
Microsoft Edge: The scan gives an error that the document contains a virus and has been deleted. I've also tried this on the same pdf documents that I downloaded yesterday, which the previous Panda software had no problem with.

Is there any workaround to this problem or do I need to switch to a different anti-virus software?
