Error code 9-905

Hello,

I want to activate Panda Global protection. I bought your product at a computer store in the Netherlands last week (paradigit).
But when it want to activate the product I get error code 9-905. I wrote down the activation code several times but your website keeps saying it's an invalid code.

How can i solve this problem?
