Hi Panda
I was experiencing problems with the VPN on mobile - so using the "Report an Issue" I raised cases
Panda Security Case ID: 04706196 - 6th June
Panda Security Case ID: 04712120 - 20th June
Panda Security Case ID: 04712121 - 20th June
Panda Security Case ID: 04712377 - 21st June
All cases sent an automatic reply generating the case numbers (above) and the message "Our Support Team will contact you shortly, via e-mail, regarding it."
No one contacted me by email at all about any of these cases.
I did however receive a message today about 04712377 saying "As we have received no further communication from you with respect to the incident, we shall proceed to close it: 04712377"
Not good - again!

For the record...
it is 1 month since I raised the first issue and no one has been in touch. It is only now that I have posted the cases on the forum that you now say you are passing them over to the technical support of my country!
I was going to purchasing the Panda VPN for a year but as you can see, no one took ownership of the issues until I posted them on the forum - what would have happened if I had not? They would have all closed automatically as the e-mail had stated?
Panda support has been pitiful.
As a result I have now chosen to purchase Nord VPN instead - cheaper, more devices and more stable with no issues.
