Hello everyone,
we need to have Panda Antivirus analyze some files that are part of an immunochromatographic test reading software; the software is periodically updated.
Once analyzed, we need these files to be included in the Panda Antivirus white list.
The files are not viruses, they are not harmful and / or potentially harmful but they have been blocked in a computer protected by Panda Dome (we can send photos of the detected message).
We kindly ask you to know what is the procedure to send these files, have them analyzed and put them in the Panda Antivirus white list because blocking these files by your antivirus can cause us problems.

If they are periodically updated, you are running the risk of being detected again on next update.
If they are digitally signed, you can send the files and we will exclude the digital signature for the company.

If ynot, my suggestion is to exclude the folder where those files lay, and that will sort any upcoming update upsoon.

We do not have a digital signature yet but we periodically issue updates; one has been released in the last few days and, waiting to provide us with a digital signature and then communicate it to you, can you analyze the new release and make sure that it is not blocked by your antivirus?
How can we provide the files to be analyzed by you? The format of our files is not supported by your attachment procedure.

You can always send the files compressed with password (as password please use "panda") to our Technical support email in order to analyze them. Our email address is: support@pandasecurity.com
