[CLOSED] Full Scan Problem @57%??

Hi

can anyone assist please?

I have internet security 2012, I have tried running a full system scan now a few times, every time the scan freezes at 57%, I've left it running overnight but it wont go pass 57%, a quick scan seems to work fine?

I have updated a few times and still the same problem

Any ideas?

Try defragmenting the disk and running scandisk to discard any disk problems
If the scan is always being blocked in the same file, try moving it to a different location
