[SOlVED] Panda GP 2012 Windows 8 installation problem

Post by mgmanager »

Hi.

I've purchased Panda Global Protection 2012 for 3 PCs with free upgrade to GP 2013.

I tried to install the program in Windows 8 but I’ve got a message telling me that there are known incompatibilities with that OS and I couldn’t proceed to installation.

I downloaded GP 2013 (I have license for free upgrade), installed it without problems, but I couldn’t activate it because a message informed me that my activation code is for another product (GP 2012)

Is there any solution for this or i just lost my money?

2012 version is not compatible with Windows 8.
Regarding the 2013 version activation with the 2012 code, the code must have been used before, so in order to activate your 2013 version, follow these steps: http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/ ... /?id=80546
