Symptoms

Issues related to the protection level of Panda 2013/2012/2011/2010/2009/2008 antivirus.

Data to request

In order to obtain a log file which will show additional information about the programs protections and their status, we need certain data to study your case. Please follow the steps below:
  1. In order to enable the generation of log files, download the following file accordingly:
  2. Reboot the computer into Safe Mode.
  3. Unzip the downloaded file, to obtain log_on.reg file.
  4. Execute log_on.reg file by double-clicking it.
  5. After execution, it will request confirmation to add the information to the Registry. Select Yes.
  6. Reboot the computer normally.
  7. As soon as the error occurs, open your Panda antivirus by right-clicking the bear icon at the system tray and selecting the option Open Panda.
  8. Then, click Start, Run, type in %temp% in the box called Open and click OK.
  9. Compress the file named ADIAGNST.log and attach it as a reply to the thread you were requested
Now, in order to prevent further log files from generating, follow the steps below:
  1. Download the log-disabling file accordingly:
  2. Reboot the computer into Safe Mode.
  3. Unzip the downloaded file to obtain log_off.reg file.
  4. Execute the log_off.reg file by double-clicking it.
  5. After the file has been executed, it will request confirmation to add the information to the Registry. Select Yes.
  6. Reboot the computer normally.
