Data to request
In order to obtain a log file which will show additional information about the programs protections and their status, we need certain data to study your case. Please follow the steps below:
- In order to enable the generation of log files, download the following file accordingly:
- For Windows 32-bit Edition Operating Systems: Adiagnst_on_32.zip (291 B)
- For Windows 64-bit Edition Operating Systems: Adiagnst_on_64.zip (300 B)
- Reboot the computer into Safe Mode.
- Unzip the downloaded file, to obtain log_on.reg file.
- Execute log_on.reg file by double-clicking it.
- After execution, it will request confirmation to add the information to the Registry. Select Yes.
- Reboot the computer normally.
- As soon as the error occurs, open your Panda antivirus by right-clicking the bear icon at the system tray and selecting the option Open Panda.
- Then, click Start, Run, type in %temp% in the box called Open and click OK.
- Compress the file named ADIAGNST.log and attach it as a reply to the thread you were requested
- Download the log-disabling file accordingly:
- For Windows 32-bit Edition Operating Systems: Adiagnst_off_32.zip (268 B)
- For Windows 64-bit Edition Operating Systems: Adiagnst_off_64.zip (279 B)
- Reboot the computer into Safe Mode.
- Unzip the downloaded file to obtain log_off.reg file.
- Execute the log_off.reg file by double-clicking it.
- After the file has been executed, it will request confirmation to add the information to the Registry. Select Yes.
- Reboot the computer normally.
