[CLOSED] Permanent protection refusing to switch on

Hi, I've got panda global protection 2012, and it has been working perfect up until today when its switched it self off on a couple of things, just keeps telling me to restart to solve this issue, and after restarting the computer it does the same thing again.

Had a look around the internet and found a hot fix for it which I have installed but still doesnt make a difference even after restarting. If anyone has any info on how to sort this it would be much appreciated

Hi,

install a 2013 version in order to confirm if the problem persist or not with this last version.

Here the instructions to migrate from 2012 to 2013.
