Hi,
We have recently installed PCOP on a client site, 15+ machines.
Panda Endpoint Agent 6.70.00.0000
Panda Endpoint Protection 06.70.10.0000
Last Updated: 09/08/2013
We are seeing 3 PC's all HP (different models) that are rebooting without warning, running on Windows Vista Business.
System Event logs show Unexpected shutdown.
One particular PC that is running off wireless dongle tends to reboot frequently particularly when accessing the internet or being accessed via remote connection (CentraStage).
Currently I have uninstalled PCOP on the PC with the wireless dongle and has been running for over 3hours without issues. (Running Youtube videos and monitored via remote access on CentraStage).
I will reinstall PCOP after 1.00pm today to see if the PC starts to reboot itself.
Are there any known issues of PCOP causing PC's to reboot without warning?

Re: PCOP Possibly Rebooting PC Without Warning
I rebooted the PC after installation.
15:26 Launched YouTube Video and monitoring via CentraStage.
PC rebooted without warning 15:39, lasted 13mins.
PCOP does appear to be causing the reboot.
Will log a call with Panda Coporate Support.

Hi Shiva,
Could you check the version of PCOP that you have installed on the Vista Business machines?
If you are running PCOP version 6.50 or later we have a Hotfix to address the issue. If you find you are
running version 6.50 or later, then open a support case and we can provide you with the hotfix.
