Hi!

Open the PCOP web console and check out the program version. Which version do you have?

Let us know!

Cheers!

This is the version installed on my win 7 pc.

Protection version: 5.50.00.0000
Agent version: 5.50.00.0001

But in win 8, I go to

Installation program
Use the installation program to install the protection on network computers either manually or using your own tools.

Use the installation program

You can download the installation program and run it on each of the PCs you want to protect.

Download installation program

I download from the link but bring the file to Win 8 and I cannot install.

Hi!

I've sent in the upgrade request.

Please allow 2 days for the upgrade to take place.

All protections will be upgraded automatically and there should be no issues with any OS.

Cheers!
