Our company has received an email from Panda regarding Crilock ransomeware. It mentions ensuring your copy of PCOP is version 6.50 or later.
How do we tell what version our PCOP/endpoint protection is? The URLs for the management console contain "v7" and add/remove programs lists the version numbers of the Panda endpoint agent and protection as 5.50.
First off, are these accurate? If so, is it possible to request an upgrade to our software? Our licence is good until August 2014.

Re: PCOP,Crilock and finding version number
Hello,
Thank you for your post.
5.50 is quite outdated (unless you use Windows 2000) so you will need to contact your local Panda tech team and request you get upgraded. It is free and you should have been upgraded automatically.

Thanks for the advice. Strangely Panda have never contacted us to offer or inform us of an upgrade
