Hi,

We are using Adminsecure Console 2011 and versions below.

Panda Security for file servers 8.60.12
Panda Security for desktops 4.60.12

Hi Raman,

Apologies, I was still investigating the issue.

Please install Hotfix 35. Before you do this, close the AdminSecure console and execute the hotfix.

Afterwards, upgrade the protection for your endpoints and verify the issue is solved. Consecutively, these should be the new version numbers:
Panda Security for Desktops: 4.65.11.0000
Panda for File Servers: 8.65.11.0000
