[CLOSED] PSANHost.exe hogging the CPU

Hi,

We have about 30 users using the Panda Cloud Antivirus software and one of them seems to be having issues with PSANHost.exe hogging the CPU for extended periods of time preventing the user from doing anything with the computer whilst it's happening. This doesn't seem to happen on any of the other machines.

Can you offer any help in sorting out this issue

Can you tell me what version of the Panda Endpoint Protection is installed on the computer experiencing the issue?

The Panda details are shown below and were taken from the PCOP console.

Protection version: 6.70.20.0000
Agent version: 6.81.11.0000
Signature file: 4/6/2014 9:25:05 AM

Hi Mike,

Best thing would be to request the upgrade to the latest version, as it's likely to solve your issue.

Can you PM me your customer number so I can arrange the upgrade?

The upgrade has been requested and your clients should be upgrading today. Please verify tomorrow if the issue still occurs.
