[SOLVED] Thunderbird is slow

Post by Pandamonium »

No idea - should be in the next month or two.

Given your current issue I can either request that we upgrade your account or we wait for the normal migration to take place.

Please confirm.

OK. I can not decide by myself about an anticipated upgrade. I will refer the possibility to the responsible of my division and let you know as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, I really appreciated your help. Thanks a huge lot.

Hello Tyron,

my responsible told me you can request the anticipated upgrade. What do you need to know?

Panda actually deleted a bunch of content from my emails as well. It was detecting spam emails as viruses and started quarantine on all emails in my thunderbird inbox.

Hi there,

Can you attack a screenshot and a copy of your malware report so we can see why it was quarantined.

Thanks
