Why cannot connect to server while installing panda cloud?

You are posting in the Consumer 2014 subforum but refer to Panda Cloud installation

Which Panda product are you talking about?
Panda Cloud Antivirus? Panda Cloud Office Protection?

I'm using Panda Cloud Office Protection Advanced with 10 user license. Window 7 and window XP also will prompt message can't connect to server, only windows server can successful to connect to server while installing Panda Cloud Office Protection Advanced.

Hi jasonseah,

You need to make sure that all the PCOP connection requirements have been met. The link below outlines all connection URLs and ports. You should not get any errors connecting as long as nothing such as a router or firewall is restricting the PCOP agent.

jasonseah,

If you are getting error 1547 that can indicate that the MSI file is corrupt. Have you tried downloading a new Waagent.msi from your console and running that?
