[SOLVED] numerous BSOD

Post by Spudgun »

Hi,

we are using Panda Endpoint Protection 6.81.11 & Panda Cloud Systems Management.

A number of users on regularly receiving BSOD.

072814-13852-01.dmp

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
0x1000007e ffffffff`c0000005 fffff880`02c0fea2 fffff880`02edf258 fffff880`02edeab0
NNSTlsc.sys
NNSTlsc.sys+605a
x64
NNSTlsc.sys+fea2

ALL are being caused by NNSTlsc.sys, as you can see.

Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this or have seen this before? It's happening only on laptops, randomly, connected via wifi & lan, all drivers up to date, Lenovo and HP laptops. Only common denominator is that the machines affected are on different switches.

Many thanks in advance, shout up if I need to give more specific info...

Cheers

If you are getting blue screens I would get in touch with your local support department. The dumps are going to provide a lot of good information to them and they can get a case put together for you and address the specific issue there.

That driver is a transport level colorizer so it's possible it MAY have something to do with the switches but that's better handled by support.
