[CLOSED] Detection of Anti-hacking program

Post by Klinge »

Dear Panda security,

I'm Jason from Vertigo Games in South Korea.

We are in service for the game called "Blackshot", a First Person Shooter game, in various territories.

We recently received a report that your Vaccine is detecting a wrong file as a malware.

So we would like to request to check and add this program to white list.

We are using a anti-hack solution, which is called "GameGuard" made from Korean software developer INCA.

And we received a report that GameGuard essential file "Gamemon.des" is being detected from your software as an virus type.

Please check this file and after you confirmed it is not a suspicious file, please add it to your whitelist.

Best regards,
Jason

Hi

I don't find the way to download that gamemon.des file or the gameguard application itself.

Please have a look to this thread:
How to report malware or false positive issues
