hi all,
is there any correlation between "Network Activity Hook Server LightWeight Filter Driver" and PCOP's Firewall?
and if I do uncheck this driver, whether pcop's firewall still running?
imho, seems like pcop firewall working via this "packet interception driver". is that correct?
cheers

Unyu123,
That is correct. The NAHS Driver does correspond to the firewall as well as a few other functional modules within the protection.
Server connection issues could be caused by many things and this sometimes requires deeper analysis by the technical support team. Network constriction usually is due to restrictive settings in the firewall (there are options to deny all outbound connections, for example), but may also be a compatibility issue with software already running on the server itself. There may also be issues with specific connection technologies and the IDS within the firewall as well. As was suggested, turning on just the file protection option should clear any issues, however if your'e running an older version of PCOP it would be suggested to request an upgrade through your sales department to the newest version (as of this date, protection version 6.81.10). Newer versions have optimizations with regards to firewall and network protection, as well as modified detection methods that make it more effective overall.

hi JAMPanda,
thanks in advance btw for the enlightenment.
in my case, installing only protection module without firewall solve server connection problem.
