I downloaded this zip file, from https://app.box.com/s/ydptejt8rt8k2dtfmncl ,scanned it with Panda and got a clean result. However, according to Virus Total,

NANO-Antivirus Trojan.Script.Heuristic-js.iacgm


What should I do?

Only this NANO-Antivirus is detecting the file, which doesn't necessarilly mean that it is malware
Nobody else is detecting it since the sample was submitted to VirusTotal several weeks ago
