The program tested popular antivirus software: Comodo, Kaspersky antivirus.
No viruses.

Your antivirus block library NPUtil.dll (see attach NPUtil.dll) for protected user App.exe
The library NPUtil.dll is a part of the program NetWinProtector.exe and protected user App.exe
The library NPUtil.dll at the time of starting the program can be located like:
C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\049bcb6d-0770-48ed-aaec-0d72f49276df\NPUtil.dll

Could you correct mistakes in your anti-virus?
