Chrome also blocked the download because its malicious
Can you please elaborate? What is this file? What application do they belong to?
Can you provide a copy of the antivirus report?

When providing samples, please rename and password compress them, this one is neither renamed nor password compressed
For example, if the sample is an exe file, rename it to exe_ and then password compress it.
