[CLOSED] Application whitelisting

Post by sistema3 »

Hi,

We are a small IT company and we push updates to our clients using ClickOnce.

Panda Antivirus doesn't detect our apps as malware, however it blocks the ClickOnce installation without any warning, any popup, nothing.

All executables are digitally signed, including manifests and setup files. Signature is correctly verified even by Microsoft SmartScreen.

We have many apps that are signed with the same certificate, do we have to submit each one?

Also, note that the setup itself runs fine, isn't blocked, but when it starts downloading the required files, then Panda blocks that, and I found no way to whitelist.

Any help is very appreciated.

How do you know that the antivirus is blocking it if there is no message about the block?
Is it registered in the antivirus report?
Is it allowed if you disable the antivirus, firewall or application control protection?

What about the report? Is there any line referring to the block?
Which Panda product version are you using? You can check it in the version.ini file located in the antivirus installation folder
