Hello,

I would like to complete my full and detailed false positive removal request with the below form but it asks me a client ID I don't have as I am not a Panda customer.

I have created an account on the www.pandasecurity.com website (different than the forum used here) but I never received a client ID by mail even after validating the account.

How can I send my full request with this form ?

Otherwise, it is possible to discuss by private message with a moderator ?

You have created an account, but I'm not sure if you could send the request from it as I don't know if you have any product associated to it
Can you please elaborate about the false positive issue?
in order to study it we will need a password compressed copy of the detected file and a copy of the antivirus report

We developp the application Mes Drivers created in 2005. We have released the new 3.0 version at the begining of december but, according to some of our users, Panda antivirus detects it as a malware. Also, Panda reports the detection on VirusTotal :

It is a false positive. The application does nothing malicious (it is just a free drivers detection tool).

I have sent the software to our laboratory for being whitelisted
This process takes quite a long time to be completed but it will eventually be whitelisted

It is going faster these days, it won't be detected again with the next signature update/synchronization
