[SOLVED] [04493854] Not detected.

Hello, I received an email file with extension of type .js. I ran the test through the site virustotal.com and some software detected as malware, but the panda, not (even having the latest definitions of viruses).

I have already sent the compressed file with password for email, but it is still not detected.

What to do?

Could you post a password compressed copy of the file so that we can check it with our laboratory?

BTW, is this Eggs (17).exe file the file you wanted to send?
I'm asking it because in the original post you said it was a .js file

However, the .exe file also appears to be a possible undetected malware.

We have detected Eggs (17).exe as Trj/Agent.OOW
We are now analyzing the js file

Finally, is there any other procedure for sending samples? I notice that the settings are not created by email and there is never an answer.

Or wherever we can post here in the forum?

You don't get an answer due to the huge amount of emails received everyday in that box, but if you prefer you can contact the local support team in your country and they will create a case
