-procedure-
1. Install the antivirus software (Panda).
2. Install driver of inkjet printer.
3. Launch the scan application of inkjet printer.
4. After a few seconds of step 3, the scan application disappear.
-environment-
Windows7(32bit)

<attachment file>
The file name is "after the application disappear.jpg".
The file is the screen capture after the scan application disappear.
-> The "Files in quarantine" and "Thereats blocked" in attachment file is zero, it is uncounted.
Please confirm the red frame in the attachement file.

<question>
1. Does the above phenomenone has nothing to do with false positive ?
2. If the scan application is disappeared by the antivirus software (Panda),
is there a confirmation method except the method of the attachement file ?

Do you receive any message from Panda stating that the file was deleted?
Can you post a copy of the antivirus report?

If there are no references to the scan application of inkjet printer in the antivirus report, then it was not Panda who deleted it

I confirmed that there is no refrence from Panda.
Therefore, as you said, I considered that it was not deleted because of false positive by Panda.
