At times, the firewall included within the Panda 2015 products and Panda Cloud/Free Antivirus solution, could cause one of the following situations:
- The firewall protection prevents a third party application from working properly.
- The firewall protection blocks the Internet connection.
In order to narrow down the problem and offer a solution, we need to collect and study certain data. Please follow the steps below:
- Download nnsdiag.exe and save it to your desktop.
- Run the downloaded nnsdiag.exe to install the tool.
- Check the box Launch NNSDiag.exe and click Finish. You can also run the tool by double-clicking the NNSDiag shortcut created on desktop.
- Follow the steps indicated by the tool and try replicating the issue when requested by the tool.
NOTE: Several tests are performed, so you will be requested to replicate the issue several times.
- Once the process finishes, save the log and provide us the generated NNSDiagResults.zip.
