Elevating the CMD

Trying to find a way to run a cmd from the command shell in PCSM as an elevated user. My first thought was to use "runas" and the /savecred BUT the runas tool was designed not to accept a password from the cmd line. (See http://blogs.msdn.com/b/oldnewthing/arc ... 71551.aspx). So how do I create an cmd session as another user?
