Problem conection Agent PCSM

Good Afternoon

We have 120 lic Panda Fusion, work perfect on 89 PCs, but other PCs appear offline on the console and the following icon in red:

-He reinstall the component .net framework 3.5 from add and remove features.
-He reinstall .net framework 4.0.
-She upgrade to 4.5 .net framework

When the service restarts services PCSM says (some services stop automatically if they are not used by any service or program) and leaves.

Hi Cj166,

can you try to install agent with this support article new:



Manual uninstall of the agent should be used only when:

A complete fresh install is needed.
It is not possible to remove the agent from Add or Remove Programs.
After deleting a device via PCSM, console does not work.
There is no communication with the console.

Solution


Important: Before applying any modification to the Windows Registry, Panda Security strongly recommends backing up your Registry. For information on how to proceed and to understand the restore process, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/256986.


Open the Windows Registry and delete the following registry keys (marked in bold):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CentraStage 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\cag
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\cag
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib\{2864468C-765F-4EF3-B8CF-42666C92B545}

Additionally, in 64-bit versions of Windows, delete the following registry keys too (marked in bold):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CentraStage
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\cag

Open Windows Explorer and remove the folders marked in bold:
If Windows 7 is installed:
%programfiles(x86)%\Panda Cloud Systems Management
C:\ProgramData\CentraStage
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\CentraStage
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CentraStage
If Windows XP is installed:
%programfiles%\Panda Cloud Systems Management
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\CentraStage
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CentraStage
C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Application Data\CentraStage

If none of these files are found, ensure the following Windows Explorer Folder options are true (under Tools -> Folder Options…->View tab):

The option Show hidden files and folders is enabled
The option Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) is disabled.
