Manual uninstall of the agent should be used only when:
A complete fresh install is needed.
It is not possible to remove the agent from Add or Remove Programs.
After deleting a device via PCSM, console does not work.
There is no communication with the console.

Open the Windows Registry and delete the following registry keys (marked in bold):

Open Windows Explorer and remove the folders marked in bold:

If none of these files are found, ensure the following Windows Explorer Folder options are true (under Tools -> Folder Options…->View tab):
The option Show hidden files and folders is enabled
The option Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) is disabled.
