Panda System Management Not Run Interface

Hello, I have trouble installed Panda System Management in windows 8.1 not run displayed interface panda. Error agent system tray monitor has been stopped. Are you have solution?

Hi Sudiman,
Have you followed the steps in the article to ensure the minimum requirements are met?:
What are the minimum system requirements for running the Systems Management Agent?
Try restarting the service. Go to
services.msc > locate the "
Panda Cloud Systems Management" service > Choose
Stop > When it's stopped, choose
Start and verify the problem is solved.
If not, please go to
%programfiles%\Panda Cloud Systems Management and locate the most recent
LogX.txt file. Attach this file to your next reply.

Have you checked the service and was it started? I'm seeing this in your log:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
On how many machines are you experiencing this issue?
