Applying WSUS disable policy is slow

Hi,
I am using Panda PCSM to apply WSUS disable policy (account policy). Sometimes this policy however takes a really long time to apply.
I can see it from the Panda Console that the machine has the machine has inherited the policy, but on the machine it sometimes can take over an hour for the Windows update policy to be disabled.
Is there anything that can be done on the client end to make the changes show up faster?
I have tried to restart the Panda agent and the end user macine. but this didn't help.
This is a newly installed Windows 10 machine.
