Unable to access SM console

I have a newly created trail fusion account, the issue is, I can access the EPP console but could not able to access the System management console. when I trying to access the SM console the attached error message displaying. Pls, help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advanced.

Please send us, via PM your customer number and the user email you do use to enter the console.
