I have Panda Antivirus installed on my laptop (Windows 10) and a few days ago I used to connect my friend's USB flash drive and wanted to scan it for malware. But I couldn't..the problem was Panda always detects something there while on other devices (e.g. my office laptop with Kaspersky Antivirus) that USB drive is safe. Now I can't use it on my own laptop.
Probably, the issue is my laptop has some system failures (but I rather doubt it)
Otherwise something is wrong with Panda antivirus software or with its installation on my device particularly..
Could you, please, advise me smth?

Sorry but i don't understand your question, when you connect the Usb, the system detect the Usb? The antivirus didn't detect the Usb or the antivirus detect the usb but can't analyze it?

If you connect that usb to another computer the operation system detect that Usb?
