I have tried PCSM, and i wanna ask about the support feature on PCSM (RDP, VNC, Command remote, registry, etc)

Does the feature still work although the target PC doesn't have internet access?

I have tried, when the gateway of targeted PC changed (for block internet access), agent console PCSM cannot access the targeted PC.

Is there any issue about it?

But, why does peer-to-peer cannot work?

It's bad news if support tools cannot work on offline mode by peer-to-peer connection,
because VNC can do it.

do you have tried the agent monitor from programs?
From this should be possible agent to agent connection in internal network.
