I am not able to activate my product. And i am receiving error 0006:1401.

The error shown in the activation is related to the data of the previous record, in particular we see that it has had several maintenance of Panda Mobile Free that may be affecting. Follow these steps:
1 - Access to applications menu in the mobile and delete the data and cache of Panda Mobile:

2 - Then uninstall "Panda Mobile".
3 - Reinstall Panda Mobile and make sure you activate it with the code which begins with:
M5J89A4-XXXXXXXXX
