Hello,

I am having some problems activating a Global Protection code. The error that is generated is "an error occurred during the activation process - More information (0005:0907).

Please advise!

First, connect the mobile device to a Wi-Fi or activate data packets.
Now, to send us the requested Advanced logs, follow the steps below:

Data to request
Open Panda Mobile Security.
Go to Settings.
Check the box Enable data collection.
Replicate the issue.
Open Panda Mobile Security.
Go to Contact.
Select Problem.
Type the issue number in the message field.
Select Email or Gmail to send the message to your local support team email address.
Open Panda Mobile Security.
Go to Settings.
Uncheck the box Enable data collection to disable the logs generation.
