[CLOSED] Privacy auditor goes blank
After succesfully uninstalling some programs that were compromising my privacy according to the Privacy Auditor menu (on Android) it went completly blank and all the programs/entries left have disapeared. I have tried to restart the program several times but the problem persisted.

yes I have restarted it but it continues blank. all the other menus of the software seem to work though.

We will need advanced logs to be generated with this app version
Access settings --> Applications or Application manager --> Panda Mobile Security
Tap Clear data
Unistall Panda Mobile Security
Dowload the following pandaav-retail-release.apk and install it (you may need to allow installing applications from outside Google Play)
Connect the mobile device to a Wi-Fi or activate data packets.
Now, to send us the requested Advanced logs, follow the steps below:
Open Panda Mobile Security.
Go to Support.
Tap Diagnostic mode.
Tap enable.
Replicate the issue
Go to Support again
Tap finish
Type a description
Select GMail and send it to your own email address, then post the received zip file here
Access settings --> Applications or Application manager --> Panda Mobile Security
Tap Clear data
Unistall Panda Mobile Security

The "Uninstall" and the "Clear data" buttons are off and don't function.

You may need to disable the Unistall protection from the Panda Mobile Security settings before
